In this great American City, the Handspring team is an integral part of a premier multidisciplinary team of surgeons (Drs. Jacques Hacquebord and Omri Ayalon), prosthetists, and therapists under the umbrella of the Center for Amputation Reconstruction (CAR) at NYU Langone Hospital.
In various accessible locations in and around NYC, we evaluate and treat persons with all manner of upper limb differences, both congenital and acquired. We are proud to acknowledge that there is not a more comprehensive venue for designing a treatment plan for persons with upper limb differences than this, in the US or beyond. We treat local patients from as near as the boroughs, to those who travel from any nation for an opportunity to minimize their pain and maximize their functional potential.
